In this video, Rosie O'Neill asks Access' customers how they would rate our consultancy.

Rosie O'Neill, Access: How would you rate our consultancy in delivering your solution and continuing to develop with your company as it's grown and changed?

Tim Read, LSN: You are able to talk to them and you can appreciate that they understand the system... with your knowledge of what you want and what you're trying to do, you can work together and deliver exactly what you need. And that's great. It's been a really good relationship.

Andrew Lewis, Display Plan Ltd: Always very professional, very helpful, and always without exception completed the work that we needed them to.

Adam Woolf, Lifeline IT: All your engineers are professional, very helpful, and typically go above and beyond, which is always nice.

Jacqueline Clarke, Hopkins Architects: Well, I was totally bowled over with him. He listened to what we wanted and sold us what we wanted. And if we didn't need something, I perhaps shouldn't be saying this, if we didn't need it, he didn't try to force it onto us. That was the first thing that made me sit up and listen to what he had to say. I felt confident in him and confident that I was getting what would be good for our business.

Rosie O'Neill, Access: Can you tell me how you've found the consultancy and support over the years that you've been with Access?

Simon Merriam, Hayman Ltd: I think, especially recently, over the last few years we've been putting a lot more effort into it. I think the consultants from the different elements that we've been using have all been excellent. They have a good knowledge of the system, and are very helpful.

Andy Frame, Wolff Olins: Just fantastic all round. The helpdesk always get back, they've always got an answer. They sort things out really quickly. The consultants we've had in have just been great, whenever we've needed them.

Arati Patel & Madu Gebermeskel: I would like to say, which I've always said, is that the project management side of it was excellent. We brought in the project on time and under budget. Because the consultant was so good, and we worked with him, we managed to reduce our consultant days.
