Video transcript: Events 2010 - Emirates Stadium
In this video, Rosie O'Neill interviews some of the attendees
of our February 2010 user event, at the Emirates Stadium.
Rosie O'Neill, Access: "Welcome to the Emirates stadium,
where I'm here for the latest Access user event. We've just
finished our first session with Gary Bailey, where he's talked
about identifying efficiency leaks in your organisation. Let's go
and see what people thought of it.
What did you think of the session just
now?"
Access customer: "Quite an eye-opener. Some of
the things you can get, especially with the iPhone app, which is quite
interesting because the expenses problem I have with my
staff, it would be good to get a solution for it."
Access customer: "It's been brilliant. A good
session to see the new features, the new products coming out, the
CRM, HR, FocalPoint, the dashboards, it's amazing
stuff."
Andrew Lewis, Display Plan Ltd: "Yes, it's been
very interesting. It's been nice seeing, rather than just a
presentation where you're talked at, it's been a bit more
engaging."
Simon Merriam, Hayman Ltd: "It's always good to
come and get an overview of the whole range of software that's
being offered, especially as Access gradually pulls in more and
more elements into the fold."
Andy Frame, Wolff Olins: "Really good. I was
really impressed with this morning's presentations. Covered a lot
of ground and made things feel quite real life in a way. Lots of
very interesting things to see."
Jacqueline Clark, Hopkins
Architects: "I've loving it actually. I'm enjoying it
because I like the interaction between the two members of staff and
the fact I'm not focused in on one person all the time. And also
you've got the screen going on, and the banter going on between the
two colleagues and the jokes. It's makes it a lot lighter to take
in. I've thoroughly enjoyed it and loved the way it's been
presented."
"How have you found the Access user event
today?"
Access customer: "Good. For me, it's a chance to get out the
office and stand back from the day-to-day challenges and actually
see what opportunities are available with the system that we're not
currently thinking about or taking advantage of."
"The role-play, the practical side of it, kept the audience
interested, as opposed to just reading from a script. It made it
interesting and gave you the practical side of using some of these
solutions."
Coverage from the biggest user event in the Access calendar as
you tell us your views on this year's theme, 'closing profitability
leaks in your business.'
