Hanover Housing Association looks to improve efficiency with Access SelectHR

one of the UK's leading providers of retirement and specialist
housing provision, has chosen to upgrade its HR solution to Access
SelectHR.
Christine Armstrong, Head of HR for Hanover said, "We wanted a
modern flexible system that would grow with our organisation.
SelectHR enables us to hold all employee details in one place.
The self-service functionality has a lot more to offer for our
staff.
"We have recently started using the
recruitment module for greater flexibility with online
recruitment. In addition, we will be implementing online
appraisals. Overall, the system will help us to reduce any
unnecessary administration burden and improve efficiencies within
our organisation."
