Usability

Based on the on the now-familiar Microsoft Office user interface, your HR staff, managers and employees will find SelectHR familiar and easy to use. All your key tasks can be grouped under tabs within a graphical display known as the 'Ribbon', which lets you organise related commands under tabs so that they can be found quickly.

The Ribbon is highly configurable, allowing you to easily change elements such as icons, names and tool tips so that it looks and feels how you want it. You can also define new entries, giving you access to external applications, websites and dashboard reports - all from the comfort of your HR software. SelectHR also utilises the WWF (Windows Workflow Foundation) standard, meaning workflows are quick to visualise and feature 'drag & drop' for maximum ease of use.

Reporting

SelectHR provides an extensive suite of management reports, such as turnover, headcount, absence analysis, training and recruitment analysis. In addition, we provide a user friendly report writer, enabling you to create ad-hoc reports on any area of the system as you need them. For your managers and employees, our highly configurable, graphical dashboards are the ideal way to deliver timely, accurate information across your organisation.
