Understand your employees' needs
SelectHR addresses the important areas of training,
learning and development and performance management. As these areas
impact each other, we bring them together to ensure that
you are able to monitor activities and maximise the knowledge of
your employee's needs and abilities.
SelectHR's training module holds details of employees' training
needs and a history of activities they have completed. Tools are
provided for scheduling training events, bulk booking,
cancellations and generation of correspondence as well as analysis
of costs, attendance and effectiveness.
The learning and development functionality includes:

- CPD (caters for any scheme membership)

- Online appraisals (including competency models)

Central portal for training activity
Self-service tools enable your staff to access training and
development information (to check courses that are on offer),
request attendance, log their own training activities and CPD and
access their appraisal form. In fact, you can decide what
information you would like them to see and what they have access to
