Integration

SelectHR offers seamless integration to SelectPay. With these dynamic links, you can eliminate duplication errors and ensure HR and payroll staff have access to timely, accurate employee information.

Through this integration, new employees will join as a starter in the payroll, with any subsequent changes to personal information or leavers also fed through. All this information is subject to a validation process to ensure tight control over your data.

An interface to the Self-service module within SelectHR enables staff to change their personal data online. For example, if an employee has moved house or needs to update their bank details, they can easily do this from within the web portal. This information is then passed securely into SelectPay for you to approve, before updating the system automatically.

In addition, P60s and payslips that have been produced by SelectPay can be accessed from within Self-service. This both empowers employees by giving them ownership of their pay information and reduces payroll administration.

Timesheets

Timesheets entered into SelectHR's Self-service module can also be passed to SelectPay via an authorisation process. For total control over your payroll, you have the option to reject timesheets at any stage.

Receiving timesheets from Access Dimensions

Similarly, integration with our Project Costing module means that timesheet information can be received into payroll without the need for duplicate entry. On running the payroll, SelectPay can post the company NI back to both the nominal journal and relevant project(s), giving your decision-makers an accurate picture of staff costs.

Integration with other data sources

If you generate timesheets on specialist applications (for example, time and attendance systems) or via spreadsheets, then we can easily import this information into SelectPay. Using our powerful brokering tools, your specific rates, time and pay values are gathered, formatted and then seamlessly transferred into the payroll for accurate and timely processing.
