This section provides support for Access FocalPoint and FocalPoint^SE.

FocalPoint and FocalPoint^SE provide centralised systems to ensure the correct data is captured and updated around the areas of Timesheets, Expenses, Purchasing and Project Management. FocalPoint and FocalPoint^SE also enable reports to be easily distributed around the organisation, fully controlled via security access.

As web-based solutions, Focalpoint and FocalPoint^SE can be rapidly deployed to many users without the need to install software for users on the local area network and those wishing to work remotely via the Internet.

All you need to do is register using your support reference and you can then use all the available tools. If you can't find the help that you need online, just log a support call using the Call Management Centre, or contact Support directly.
